Terrible customer service!

We feel just like we're being cheated - Lately we visited Conns in Round Steel, Texas to buy a Tv. We bought a 61' Samsung DLP. After afew times we began to discover tilting and bowing of the image as well as created a small popping noise. We got the Television towards the shop per week following the purchase to come back it. The supervisor was really uncomfortable and wasn't useful whatsoever. He mentioned that there will be a 15% restocking charge. That will be really incorrect since the Television includes a manufactures problem. He mentioned the support Technology must emerge and examine the TV to be able to not get billed the restocking charge. Your day the technology came he mentioned that it had been tilting and bowing which it had been a manufactures problem. He'd me get images with my camera to mail to him for evidence. Following a week of wait he returned and mentioned on his statement that there is nothing wrong using the tv. We were really annoyed by the problem so we packed up the TV and required it back again to the shop. The supervisor mentioned they have available at least five Televisions using the same deficiency but we're unable to return it. The support supervisor must accept the return. The tv was left in the shop using the supervisor. We've documents of everybody we've voiced to and also the images to show anything we've completed to solve this case this really is our next thing. This cant be accurate - the TV is faulty and we as clients must have to return it. It's been 14 days but still no quality. We're being seriously mistreated from the shop and also the technology. I want help solve this case the moment possible.
