Bought a Samsung 42 Lcd Model HP-S4273 significantly less than 12 weeks before. I am aware that issues occasionally go south with electronics. The problem is the guarantee discomfort and agony. I first reported to Samsung on 12-14-07. They assured me a to correct the Television might arrived at my home to correct it. They eventually came on 02-12-08 and required it because of it required a top screen alternative. I talked using the restoration focus on 02-25-08 and was informed from their store that Samsung claims the component isn't offered at this time around. I named Samsumg on 2-25-08 and was guaranteed by Wealthy using the "Government Customer Support Team" the component could be delivered instantly towards the restoration heart, and that I might have my Television this weekend.By today 02-29-08, (17 times later it was removed) Taylor claims "the component hasn't been delivered", and they'll do-nothing apart from to they state, " the fix proceedure is happening". Notice to all, watch out for any warrenty policey, you will be the hostage!!! Unfortunately earlier this purchase would be the ultimate money invested with Samsung!!! I intend to post this same e-mail everywhere I will...$2200.00 to get a Television which includes NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT with no Television in my own family room. Oh ya, the wire bill still receiving paid, by me!
