DVDShop / Father Knows Best
Have not received my DVD's!

I requested these DVDs before Holiday '07 & got just the guarantee that the moment these things were back-requested & obtained they'd deliver them in my experience. However they charged me before I received them. Is the fact that authorized? After I delivered my purchase in I realized that these DVDs weren't obtainable in other peopleis shop or site. I am getting suspicious.
