Poor quality DVDs and no return

I looked Amazon for many DVDs, and discovered them on an Amazon backed website named www.TVDVD.net. I requested the DVDs and lastly obtained them from CHINA. These were bad copies as well as for all practical reasons unuseable. I delivered back their customer support type and was informed they'd be happy to displace the disks, but offered no directions. I published again and obtained EXACTLY THE SAME reaction, nevertheless without any directions. I repeated the procedure using the same outcome. I have currently obtained the touch, and anticipate no respite from TVDVD. There is no information on their site for contact. I don't suggest the corporation to anybody.
