Early termination fee and DVR problems!

Attempted Directv thinking I really could obtain a better offer. Browse the fine-print, 4 free weeks of anything (so long as NFL Sunday Solution is bought. Okay... Which was my problem, nevertheless when the DVR began ruining again and again I got fed up with needing to reset anything and skip scheduled sessions. After several telephone calls and emails I had been informed that I really could obtain a fresh DVR, but I'd need to subscribe to a brand new 2-year period. Okay, something to resolve all of the issues. Specialist arrived and mounted a brand new DVR. More DVR issues that we wrote along every time it just happened. Held calling and e mailing but issues kept returning. I ended support soon after obtaining a fresh DVR and Directv delivered me a last statement zero bucks due, but as guaranteed from the organization $288 was billed to my charge card. If there might have been several or no issues, I'd have held their support.
