Not receiving cd & ipod

Requested a membership and was guaranteed an ipod. I obtained 1 cd in December and not received an ipod or another disc. Our bill continues to be debited each month for 6.99 and that I haven't obtained the guaranteed product. I've no telephone number to contact anybody. Can anybody help?
