On 10/9/06 I placed an order with Yourmusic.com for 2 CDs (#YM002921395), a Vivaldi and a Telemann disc. On 11/10/06 the corporation subsequently billed $12.98 on my debt card for that 2 CDs. The next day the Vivaldi Disc came. Nevertheless, I never obtained the Telemann disk. I reported to Yourmusic about that situation by e-mail through its criticism department on 11/15/06, and followed-up having a minute criticism on 11/21/06. I obtained a contact notice from Yourmusic the next day after every criticism admitting receipt of my mail along with a quick quality of the issue. Vacant promises! Even today (11/30/06), Yourmusic hasn't answered to or applied my grievances. I still stay with no Telemann Disc, even though that Yourmusic charged me for this twenty days before.
