Rebate promotion on upgrade DVR

I had been a satisfied client of DISH SYSTEM till I tried obtaining a refund in one of the promotional offers. The headache began. Regardless of how often I contact and let them know I've paperwork of the rebate form, a professional evidence and bill of when shipped and obtained, I still haven't received my refund. Their 8-10 week guarantee has become more than 14 months. After I contact I've just spoken to 1 representative who had been not rude. The truly do not wish to maintain very long time clients plus they are creating a revenue simply because they do not support their refund offers as well as other presents. The really are a very disceptive organization. While my agreement they tied me into about the improved DVR ends. I'll be changing businesses as quickly as you can.
