Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service

I bought this RCA (24V511T) tv nearly annually 5 before and that I am currently having difficulties with the image. The image has small slim dark outside wrinkles at the end and also the top. Every additional encounter I Have had with this particular was adopted using the image dying entirely.

I e mailed RCA to protest about that plus they replied by having an offer to "trade" my bad tv to get a fresh bad tv for $133 - plus whatever it costs to deliver finished. As fortune might have it, the Television has become out-of guarantee which may be the only choice I've - per business plan.

After I talked my discomfort with this specific "choice" and my need to consult with a boss or supervisor of some kind, I had been informed that there is nobody otherwise approved to inform me something unique. I told them I'd never purchase another RCA item and might inform everybody I really could, to complete exactly the same. They essentially did not care. Therefore, I'm publishing this criticism to need everybody to not buy something RCA makes, particularly televisions... If you don't like eliminating money down the bathroom.
