Order never received!

On Oct. 10th my child requested a DVD collection. On Oct. 15th they subtracted the statement quantity from her consideration with $31 bucks for delivery and an additional $7 bucks unspecified. As though it wasnot enough, we still have not obtained the item and we can not appear to cope with about the customer support type of which we've to date discovered 3 various telephone numbers for.
