Took credit card and did not deliver DVDs

I requested DVD collection on September 29 plus they charged my charge card on October 2. I've created numerous emails and named their telephone number plus they don't reply some of them. I'm in a lack of how to proceed. They've cheated me out-of $120.58 which in my experience and several others is of cash. Any support I will get could be appreciated.
