On 12/21 I ordered a CD Set -Matt Helm Lounge Set with a Credit Card... On 12/29/07 I received an e-mail at my home confirming the order and that it would be shipped in 10 to 14 days... Two weeks later I called and they told me that the order would ship that Friday 1/18/08. Todate I have not received the order which is Ord.# 189700, a phone call from anybody and I have left numerous messages, with no results. I have contacted the Credit Card company and I will be making contact with them again to cancel the charges.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
