Billing problems - they should be sued!

I'd purchased a DVR HD radio at Bestbuy 12/08/06 and had catch it-up myself named it directly into move service to that particular recipient and that I was never informed of any contracts or agreements from Directv or from Bestbuy I paid $299.99 plus duty since than I went with verizon Fios due to the high bushes throughout the house the sign was not that excellent, therefore terminated my support, later I obtained a container within the email along with a phone informing me to come back my recipient or I'll be charged $470.00 for that device or even delivered, 2weeks later I acquired a statement within the email declaring I owed $ 656.77 for that recipient and early termination fees, I told them there's noway I m delivering them my device and become out 300 dollars as well as owe $175.00 plus termination fees, I'd Directv for a long time and not had issues with them so far. They're attempting to rip-off as many folks because they can since they're heading under, they must be prosecuted, my next thing would be to contact my attorney.
