Debitting double payment and rude custormer service

On 10/01 my banking account was debbitted $286.30 when my statement was just $143.15. I named and questioned why my consideration have been debitted the $286.30 and my statement was just $143.15 And was informed that I'd granted authorization to dishnet to charge that quantity. I spoke to some customer support broker title Patrict and informed him that i never offered dishnet authorization to charge my consideration increase that which was olded. Patrict stated that he was sorry and maynot place the cash back to my consideration after i required it since the money hadn't been published yet and also to call-back on 10/02 following the money hasbeen published and dishnet would return me. After I called back on 10/02 and talked to somebody who claims Their title was Patrict He explained that dishnet couldnot reimbursement the over-payment until 7-10 business days. I discussed that I want the cash back to my consideration that evening when I had never granted authorization for this to become removed within the first-place also it might lead to additional inspections that I've out to jump.
