Breach of contract!

Registered for Dish Network and was cited $44.95 monthly charge. Created certain via the telephone salesperson no fees or additional costs could be included. Was informed numerous occasions the charge is just a smooth $44.95 for the 18-month interval by which I registered for. Acquired first record for $56.65. Named Dish Network and Echostar to request a duplicate of the agreement declaring the payment per month. Neither organization can offer the agreement. Requested them to get the telephone call-in that the cost was cited in my experience. They mightnot get that data both. Personally I think it's break of agreement. I've had my providers disconnected but don't experience I ought to need to spend the $240 early termination charge. Furthermore, would really like a reimbursement for $49.99 that we settled for installation. I actually do, however, experience accountable to pay for the prorated price from 9/11/07 (the day by which it had been linked) until 9/27/07 (the day by which it had been disconnected).
