Dish Network / aka EchoStar Sat LLC Ripped of my Checking Account

I called in June one week after having Dish Network... The service was terrible. On day that were windy or overcast, the signal was interrupted. When it rained, it was out of service until the sky was clear again. So I cancelled the service (June 08)... Little did I know...

Dish network left the account active... Even after I cancelled the service, and paid the requested final bill... Thinking that bad situation was over... I moved on with life and Verizon FIOS...

December 5 I get a surprise... Dish Network has drafted $190.00 from my account... (wtf).. I called and raised the issue. They told me they had no record of me cancelling the service, and by the way there was a payment on the account... I told them, yeah the one payment, was the FINAL payment and I had requested the account be closed and the terrible service cancelled... I requested an immediate refund, and was reporting the matter as fraud to the bank.

Dish Network reversed the charge... They then proceeded to attempt to draft my account over the weekend numerous times!!! For amounts as high as $700.00!!! They got $365.00, $45.00, $79.00, and multiple drafts for $2.00...

i have had it... I closed the checking account, filed a complaint with the BANK and will be filing with the States Attorney Generals Office of Maryland...

They need to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS for their actions
