Unicel - Rural Cellular Corporation - RadioShack
Gave phone to fix it 6 months later nothing!

I bought a phone from Unicel through RadioShack, 3 months later the phone had a software problem, the people at radioshack told me they will send it to the company to get it fixed. So i did it and they gave me a old nokia phone as a loaner. They said it will take about 3 weeks.

Months later i stopped by to see if they got it back, they said they didnt, and they have no idea where it is or something like that. Once they told me that they got it back but cant find it in the store. I asked for another phone or money back, (i wasnt under contract), they said that they cant give the money or a new phone, "sorry", so its my problem now that the phone went missing or someone stole it. 6 months later and the answers are the same!

What can i do to get my phone back or the money back? I quit their service and went to Tmobile, the service is the best and 500% cheaper than Unicel and Verizon!
