Poor and rude customer support!

I've had Comcast to get a small over annually. They arrived door-to-door through the area late summer 2005. After 4 appointments to my house I ultimately registered for wire, telephone and web together. They looked type and guaranteed a great deal. The moment the support was connected, the kindness finished. We were connected Nov. From the beginning our support was really poor. If we'd an association at-all it had been inadequate. These were at our home a large number of occasions, usually various individuals who didn't understand what the final had completed! By March all of the problems have been resolved but we nevertheless had had difficulties with the web. We fought and struggled, and around springtime it had been ultimately performing better. I had been guaranteed a credit for the period we couldn't utilize it, and also to this very day I can't get one to assist we discover after I could easily get it. Subsequently along with that 4 occasions within the last month we've dropped all support. It has quit people without any telephone, no television with no computer support. They are able to never provide us grounds plus they are not so good. Even if it works, the payperview is performing up. It's not going to purchase whenever we want, after which purchases whenever we do not want! We've never had the opportunity to get long-distance telephone calls. Many of these problems are designed to have available trouble passes, but we never hear back. The ultimate cause I am publishing is basically because recently a Comcast vehicle was at my empty friend's home, and once they quit our support was totally down. I called comcast within five minutes of him making. The owner explained they'd change the vehicle around and also have him return. Which was ot 4:00pm by 7:00pm we'd not noticed a term. My spouse called back, and after obtaining "disconnected" twice, she got to a woman called Jesscica and placed on store for more than 30 units on the borrowed mobile phone. My spouse described that people had young kids in the home and had no conversation towards the exterior world in case there is an urgent situation, but Jessica stated it'd consider 24 to 48-hours to obtain somebody back out. We'd been more that individual at this time, therefore my spouse requested to keep in touch with a supervisor. Jessica set the night time supervisor, John about the telephone. I would like to simply say he was so rude he introduced my spouse to tears. He informed her such things as, "why is you believe we are able to change a vehicle around for you personally?" and "we don't contemplate one individual an urgent situation." My spouse asked him to not be rude, and he informed her he was closing the phone call. She requested to please inform her when somebody could be out, and he did not answer for around 20 seconds, they talked slowly to her like she was a young child and stated, "mam you'd been informed many times, we shall manage this in 24 to 48-hours, farewell."
