Samsung Tab 10.2 Defect

My name is Kamel Danab, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy TAB 2 10.1 and when i used it at home it turned out that one of the speakers was defected and made irregular sound. The next day, I took it to one of your agents in Saudi Arabia the Matbouli Group since it is under a 12 month warranty. They recognized that there was a problem and they gave me a work order ticket. It has been one month and still no reply, if this persists i will probably never purchase any samsung product again if i will be treated this way. For your immediate action.
