Prism TV Installer No-Show After Order Was Not Processed

Ordered Prism TV. I was given a 4 hour installation window. When no one showed I called. Order did not get processed so no one is coming to install. I cancelled the order. The country does not need another cable tv company that doesn't keep their appointments!
