My complaint is about the way you do business. I have been a long time customer under my wife name which is Cheryl rudder. We have three receivers in the house. And one has a problem. I have narrowed the problem to one of the satellite modules. When my wife called for help she was told it would cost her $50 for a service man to come look and only god knows how much more for repair part. She was told that she owned to satellite. This may be true only because you required it to receive your service. This doesn't set well with me or her. She has canceled that receiver and sent it back to you. To me" it doesn't make good business sense to piss people for a repair on equipment and lose paying customers that have proven to be loyal for the cost of repairs on equipment that is required to receive your service only
