I get TWC service all year in NYC and I get it for the summer in Ellenville NY. Every fall I turn in the equipment and turn off the service. When I called 6/29 to turn on service I was told that I owed hundreds of dollars. They had no record of the equipment having been turned in WHICH IT WAS in 10/12 in Ellenville plus they had turned the service back on in March, in error. I spent two hours on the phone with someone who seemed to resolve everything and then I got an appointment for new service which was turned on 7/5. Today TWC called me and said I now owed several hundred dollars MORE for the equipment. They turned off my new service. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I am not paying for equipment that was turned in and service I didn't have.
