My car was damaged in 2009 from time Warner, confirmed by a time Warner worker. I called to complain several times with confirmed request # and I'm still waiting for a response. I have since dropped some services. I even spoke to a supervisor. 2013 and nothing yet and I drive around with damage. Should I get an attorney?
