Low-Hanging Cable Still Not Buried After Three Calls

I have called Comcast three times to request a service repairman bury my cable because it is hanging too low to ground. I went to live chat twice. Each time promise was made to send out
a repairman. No has contacted me. This is totally unacceptable.
