Comcast Customer Service Is Horrible-Not sure how they're still in business. - HDTV purchase/billing

I recently relocated from one state to another-my request was simple and easy-just transfer my services. Do you know these idiots showed up with completely different equipment?! So, they had to come back and swap out the boxes and then tried to charge me! In addition, I noticed the channles were different, so I called and they told me that LMN (Lifetime Movie Network) was NOT available in my area-which was totally incorrect. I HATE comcast, so beware if you're thinking of going with them.
