Dish is not providing local news channels to OUR home or neighbors. - dish tv

Our Dish plan includes LOCAL NEWS CHANNELS. But they choose to give us channels that are 4 hours away! Fresno is 4 hours from our home and Bakersfield is 1 hour away... Our zip code is 93207 and they use that to decide what is local. This is wrong! Look at a map! I want our local channels. I believe Dish is mis-representing themselves in this matter, and I would like them to fix the error! I have discussed this with my neighbors and we are all upset about this, and may move to another provider if OUR concerns, and my other NEIGHBORS, who have complained about this over and over, are not addressed, and corrected soon. I would like to hear what Dish has to say about this issue and their thought process as far as... What does LOCAL mean??
