Slow Internet and Support Rep Unable to Help

Internet is so slow called customer service for helped, no one was able to help me out, talked to one of there worker named Kevin apology if i mentioned the name incorrectly couldn't really get the name, he told me directly that he can't help me out n he knows nothing about the problem I'm talking about! Worst service customer reviews are so pathetic, wonder why aint the company taking any action against dis, gonna terminate my account with this company soon! Sucks big time! Horrible! Hopeless!!
