Charter TV is terrible

I missed half the Olympics of 2012 and now I'm trying to watch NCAA final and it goes out saying channel will be available shortly. I will never use charter again. People get Dish Network or DirectTV, I've had both in the past and they are so much better. Never missed out on any programs.
