TWC customer service representative will say anything, even lie to make a sell - Internet upgrades

I phoned customer service yesterday wondering about upgrading my current service. The gentelman said so problem he could help me with giving me a trial upgrade and if I don't like it I can change it back with NO PROBLEM, which was a lie. I didn't trust him, so I decided to call back in an hour to see if another/different representative would tell me the same thing.By the way I do not trust TWC, because they have mislead me before and that is why i handled my transaction with them the way I did. Anyway, when I called back asked him for the same thing as with previous gentleman and it was confirmed. The first genteman I spoke to fabercated a story to make the sale. Please note that this has become a common practice for them. DO NOT TRUST what they tell you. These representative must be getting bonuses and they will do anything for them.
