Running my credit

I have been having issues since my social security number was stolen a couple of years back. This was due to the military transferring medical records. Who ever stole my information has been trying to get Dish Network services. They have run my credit report ten times within two days. A couple of months later the same thing. I have filed a claim of fraud and sent them the paperwork about it. They just tell me there is nothing they can do about it. As long as those people don't get services i will be okay. That isn't the point! I have now got over eight hard inquires on my credit report and they say they cannot remove them. I am going to have to get a lawyer I guess to stop all of this.
