Dish agent said I was signing up for 12 months.installer turned my new flat screen tv green

Dish first told me over the phone I was signing up for twelve months of service.

The installer came to my home and turned my new flat screen television colors greenish, then attempted to get me to sign a 24 month contract.

I called dish while the installer was in my home and canceled my request for service.

A couple of years later I noticed Dish claiming its picture quality was just as good as other satellite companies.

I decided to give Dish a second chance and was told a fraud alert kept them from running a credit check.

My credit monitoring service showed the credit check the same day.

I called Dish and asked them to remove the inquiry because I was told it didn't go through due to my fraud alert.

Dish said they would not remove it and that I owed them $35.00 but they'd give me a credit so I wouldn't owe them.

I called to inquire about their Flex package that does not require a social security number or credit check and was told I must give them my social security number to run a credit check.

In my opinion Dish Network is engaging in dishonest marketing to consumers.
