Terrible service, broken promises and unreasonable prices

I am from overseas and signed up for Time Warner Cable at Best Buy where the offer was TV, Internet and phone with a $150 best buy voucher and an xbox. It has been 3 months and I have not received the voucher or the Xbox. There has been no communication or notification despite my numerous attempts to get information. With the Wi-Fi modem that you have to pay monthly for is so pathetic where the signal strength is weak, speed is slow. The only thing that works is the cable. Even after connecting the phone, there have been random calls for other ppl. I do not know anyone nor have given the number to anyone. You can expect better service from a third world country! I would change but the apartment only allow TWC which is very disappointing considering these unacceptable issues.
