I was a WildBlue customer and terminated my connection early. I knew of the early termination fee and had no problem with this. I had paid up front over $200 to cover the cost of equipment rental in advance. I was told when I discontinued the service that that amount (less usage) would be refunded to me. I sent all requested parts back to them. I have made 5 calls to them requesting this refund and was told in every instance that the refund would be forth coming, in fact I was informed on 3/9 that I would see the credit within 3-4 days and if not to call. Today I called and was informed my refund was denied.
I feel this company lies and do not advise anyone to do business with them.
