ATT U-verse
Worst company I ever dealt with

I got talked into as Sam's club to switch to ATT U-verse from my Comcast.

Since I did its been a big nighmare. I take online classes, do most of my transactions online but the internet and cable kept dropping connection. I called and was given credit of 30 but still same poor service. The TV part not only looses signal every now and then but was too much for my little 5yrs old to use. When am not at home and my kids lost signal. I had to call my Nanny to go back to the remote or box and press ok get service back. Its really a pain in the neck. I had decided to move back to my comcast with my 13yrs phone number but no matter where I go ATT would not allow me to port my number back to my old Comcast. Am currently still waiting to see when I can because i didnt' want to loose my home phone number. I may have to give it up as some point and let them eat it. Please be ware, think twice before porting your phone line to at&t!!!
