Painful and inappropriate telephone experience 2.21.2013 - Follow up phone call for service not delivered

This is the message I received today, from my husband. I decided to post it as I find this SO unacceptable:

Just off with Comcast, that rep we spoke to last Sunday never send me the Constant Guard file cleaner she promised: (We need that to load the new one. I was transferred 5 times, had to call back twice, disconnected once, they gave me the collections dept once and the next rep gave me the number to a live sex talk thing, she called it first cuz I told her about the collections transfer problem!!! The she connects me to contstant guard number, that group no longer supports constant guard, here is another number per the msg%u2026called them and I now have the file and link. Wow!
