ATT U-Verse Complaint-Charges

After receiving a knock on my door from an ATT Uverse rep and being talked into switching from my current provider to ATT, I have had nothing more than piss poor customer service and issues. This companies integrity is the worst I have ever come across. They lie and manipulate you to get off the phone. Telling you whatever you need to hear at the moment all while notating something different. After speaking with Debra EID DT4677, I knew for certain I was done with this company. The lady claiming to be a case manager spoke to me as if I was nothing, almost screaming and telling me what she wasn't going to do no matter what the previous person stated. My bill as been consistently rising over the past 6-7 months. After calling in and receiving what was suppose to be a discount, it increased another $60 per month in restoral fees. Mind you, my service has never been disconnected. I pay them monthlyeven with receiving TERRBILE so called customer service. Not to mention, my box goes out on a daily basis and I have yet been able to use the recorder. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this company.
