Early termination fees

FYI according to tw rep "your contract automatically renews every year if you don't call them. First you have to find out when your contract is up. (Good luck because for me the date kept changing). Then you have a 30 day window of opportunity to cancel the automatic contract. But again, FYI, if you go on a monthly basis "the rate is much higher". So they have you one way or another. No way to get out of the early termination fee! It does't matter how long you have been with them.
