You charge more when a customer calls in to lower their services to try to save money. This has happened to me more than once so it is obviously customary service. Your reply. Well you have been removed from the bundle (Aka - we raised your cable 40 dollars to make up the difference of what you would have saved going to regular internet.) Your company is a scam!
