Ripoff, They deducted a fee after I cancelled the membership

I cancelled a travel club membership but Guardian Marketing capital still deducted the fee from my account. I cancelled by calling Guardian Marketing and the automated voice told me that no deduction would come from my account. The deduction showed up on my bank statement.
