Horrible, horrible horrible

After booking the first time, I realized just how late our return flight would have been, so I called Customer Serivces to see if I could just change my return flight. And was told those tickets would be $800.00 per person more. But I could cancel and reschedule. And because I was cancelling within 24 hours of booking I would get a 100%refund. But when the comfirm email came they threaten you with a penalty. After cancelling the second booking, I was penalized even more. All but $400.00 of my total trip cost, Travelocity took (stole) from me. I will never ever use them again.
