Toll charges made while at 32000 feet

I have just recieved toll charges for 76$ while on holiday in Florda. These have been taken direct from my account before recieving any notification. If Dollar had checked the records correctly they would have found that I had not even landed in the country when the offence took place. I am now trying to contact the relavent people to seek reimbursement and my bank handling charges.
