Help! Loan just sold to aurora in foreclosure don't know why this was sold. Please read and help if you can scotts

I just have been reading up on this company Aurora, I had a bad feeling when I was sent a letter from the company who holds my mortgage now. My letter is dated to be transferred as of Mar to this company and lost as to why it would be sent to them. I am sorry you have been through the mill it seems with them and any help or information you can share is welcome. I lost my father 18 months ago we are both on this loan due to his death I shut down big time, he did not have a normal death, with it I had to close my store and fell behind on payments. This is why I am lost as to why my loan would be sold off when I have till June to sell my home before it goes into full foreclosure and I then have no more rights to my home. I am very upset and stress as it is and this letter did not help at all. I am starting a lawsuit regarding my father and running against clock to save our home for my kids and myself. I have never been in this position before and not sure what is next. I have never been late on bills until my dad had sudden death in front of me then had to shut off his machines 10 months after that. I don't know what you can offer, but anything will help, I read many links on complaints on this firm and my stomach is in knots as I write this. This has been one long nightmare for our family and I know we are far from being alone in this, I wish we were the last to go through this but know we are not. My kids are scared we will be on the street soon and being I am not in best of health they are afraid I might go next I am 45 but my diabetes is very bad. So more added stress is not helping we are trying to heal here from our loss and to much unanswered questions haunt our family, still trying to take all in when he went into a coma and dealing with our home I am at my breaking point. I thank you for any help you can give on Aurora.
