Air Jamaica is without a doubt one of the worst airlines you can travel if not the worst. It was pouring in NYC on Oct 19, a woman with a one-month old baby and myself tried to get on board a non-stop flight on Air Jamaica one hour ahead of time. We were told the flight was closed. We boarded the next flight which connects in Montego Bay to takes us to Barbados.

We sat on the run-way for three hours during which time I asked to be let off the plane. Keep in mind they were kicking a passenger off the plane so they were retrieving luggage. The crew refused to let me off. The time was long past for the connect to be made for Barbados. The crew still took me to Barbados and bought me back to NYC late at night. I missed the funeral.
