I have never been so angry with a company i my life - CheapOair customer service, booking, & pricing

I am going to California to attend the Marine Ball with my fiance. The ball was switched to a week earlier. We went online and found the EXACT ticket, just one week earlier. I tried to simply call and switch the flight and they told me that not only would I have to spend 50 dollars to change the flight but they also could not book me into the published one on their site because it is not a negotiated flight - on top of that I wouldn't be able to get my money back because it would now be a credit that I still could not use on the ticket that I found on their website. The guy I was talking to had me crying hysterically because I haven't seen my fiance in months. Its not difficult to simply switch the ticket - Its like buying a sweater, if you return it for a smaller size you still pay the same amount. The ticket we wanted to switch it to was the same price, the same days, and the same times - yet they want us to spend over 500 dollars on a ticket we don't even want. I am so unsatisfied I will never use this company again and I am going to advise all those I know never to use this rip off company.
