We went Bali Jakarta Batam. Arrived late and were bused to a luggage carrousel. Transit desk offered no help and asked us to wait we waited 30 min before a bus cam and bussed us to another building. From there we wasted more time standing in line at another transit desk. (why couldn't the first one do something?) from there we got in line to get a sticker for our boarding card. (again why couldn't that be done before?)
the in line again for security. When we finally got to our gate it was too late to even use the toilette or get a drink. The gate was not properly labeled and then the flight was delayed another 40 min. We didn't dare leave and luckily we didn't because suddenly they were boarding. But not before being bused a 3rd time to the tarmac. Boarding took place from both ends of the plane and the people in the front want to get t the back and those in the back wanted to get to the front. It was grid lock and took much longer to board than normal resulting in further delays. Lastly we missed our departure and had to wait on the runway in the plane anther 35 min. What idiots designed this system?
