I am mortified by this experience and they SHOULD be concerned

I travel weekly overnight for work. I examined directly into my space, area was initially ground nearest the swimming about the remaining. I had been shocked to determine this space and was provided another. I declined when I don't have confidence in the hygiene supplied by Alternative resorts. The night supervisor didn't wish to observe my movie and appeared unmoved by my scenario. I'm shocked by this encounter plus they ought to be worried.
