Oom housekeeping

I made concerns just before appearance and particularly requested to get a non-smoking area having a king-size mattress. Upon arri I was informed I'd among the best areas they'd. Whenever we got within our space the odor of cigareets nearly bumped us along. Actually had ashtray in space. The mattress was not completely created with no pillowcases about the cushions. The covers and blankets had burn holes throughout. The bed had hples inside it with substance chilling out. The smoke sensor was dangling free about the wall. Have no idea if it worked or not. WE were completely disappointed using the space and quit following a few hours due to the outlined issues. We have there been on Apr 2 and had rm 109.
