Edgewater Took ALL of my money and refuse to follow their own terms & conditions

Unfortunately, had a family emergency and had to cancel my reservation at the Edgewater property on Put in Bay. According to their terms and conditions they get to keep my deposit which is supposed to by 50% of the cost.
Turns out they didn't charge the deposit. They charged 100% of the cost and refuse to give any of it back. The lady on the phone says that's in their terms and conditions, too. It's not. See for yourself http://www.putinbayresort.com/cancel.php.
They owe me almost $500. Bunch of crooks...
