Keeps calling me even though I am on the state and federal DO NOT CALL list

Despite being on the national and state do not call list Resorts Plus has called me repeatedly even though I have asked them not to. They called me on a Sunday evening and I let them go through their routine. To my ear, their claims sound very much like bait and switch. They wanted to verify that my wife and I had photo ID, a major credit card and collectively made $50,000.00 a year. I let them finish, including a verification lady so I could get to the general manager. When I told him he was violating 2 do not call lists, rather than apologize he told me he was busy and asked my rudely if I was done. Yes I am done! Beware!
