HERO Student Loans
Higher Education Resource Organization, herostudentloans.com Violating Do-Not-Call list, Asked several times for them to quit calling!

HERO Student Loans has been calling my cell phone repeatedly for the last week after being told to put me on their Do-Not-Call list. I didn't answer the call the first two times, but called back later and used the menu option to have myself added to the Do-Not-Call list. They stated to give 48 hours for them to add me to the list.

Almost exactly 48 hours later I received another call from Hero student loans and told them, again, to add me to the do not call list. I have been receiving calls from this company almost everyday and everytime I tell them to put me on their Do-Not-Call list. Yet again, today I received a call from them asking for my father. Why they would have my number for his name, I am not sure, but I proceded to tell them that my father never went to college hence he would not have any student loans for them to be inquiring about. Again I had to tell these people to add me to their do not call list.

Everytime these people call they sound like they are in a very busy amusement park and I can barely hear or understand what they are saying. I can't seem to get them to quit calling and this is becoming a nuisance.
